Brief Biography
I am Prof. Bagudo, a high achieving management professional with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities. I work effectively with other organization leaders to achieve key strategic objectives. I excel in strategic planning and have a solid understanding of fiscal analysis and financial reporting. I have the ability to build high-performance teams and motivate skilled professionals. My skills include leadership, communication, team building, analytical thinking, cost-benefit analysis, and a strong knowledge of public higher education accounting.I have significant experience in the higher education system and am an active teacher and researcher with ongoing research programs. I am a passionate advocate for better education in Nigeria and believe that managing higher education should be guided by honesty, religious devotion, and a deep respect for the societal and moral aspects of education.
