Aisha Balarabe Bawa
Brief Biography
A PhD holder and Senior Lecturer in History with a wealth of experience in women’s history. Exhibits particular expertise in the designed and development of new postgraduate programmes to propel learning in higher education.
Experienced lecturer, inspirational mentor and activist. Open-minded; skillful in listening, giving feedbacks and follow-ups. In the past ten years have mentored students and successful supervised undergraduate projects and postgraduate dissertations and theses in the Department of History, UDU, Sokoto. Proficient in English Language and Hausa language.
A Collaborative and team player with Experience in drafting, organizing and coordinating conferences and workshops. Experienced with the Internet; Computer Devices/Operating Systems; and Microsoft Offices packages.
