Dr. M. M. Aminu
Brief Biography
Dr. Murtala is an expert in Intellectual Property Rights Law. He is a graduate of LL. B degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto. He obtained his LL. M degree from University of Jos and had his Ph.D from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto in 2018. He joined the services of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, as a Graduate Assistant in 2012. He was the Coordinator of the Diploma Law Programme (2018-2019).
Presently, he is on Leave of Absence as Secretary, Nigerian Law Reform Commission, Abuja (April 2020 to date). He has about 12 Article publications to his credit. His research interest is in the area of Intellectual Property Rights law. He is happily married and the marriage is blessed with many children.
