Brief Biography

Hailed from Gidan Haki Area, Sokoto North LGA of Sokoto State and born in 1974. Attended MPS Secretariat Rd. Sokoto (1981-1987), FGC Kaduna (1987-1994) and obtained his MBBS degree from ABU Zaria in 2004. He had his residency training in Haematology & Blood Transfusion at ABUTH Zaria with Fellowship (FMCPath) of Pathology (Haematology) from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in 2013. He is a member of numerous local and international professional bodies including International Society on Thrombosis & Haemostasis (ISTH). He joined the services of UDUS in 2014 and is also currently a Consultant Haematologist with the UDUTH Sokoto. He is happily married and blessed with five children.
