Doctor of Philosophy English Language
PhD Literature in English
O’ Level credit passes in five subjects including English Language and Literature in English in addition to the following requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature in English from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division).
- Master of Arts degree in Literature in English from a recognized institution with a CGPA of not less than 3.50 on a 5-point scale.
- Any other qualification acceptable to the Board of Postgraduate School and the Senate of the University.
In addition, candidates must satisfy the matriculation requirements of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.
