Brief Biography

Dr. (Mrs) Halima Usman was born in Kebbi State, Nigeria. She obtained her B.Sc. (Mathematics) degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, M.Sc. (Mathematics) degree from Bayero University, Kano and Ph.D. (Mathematics) degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria. Currently Dr. (Mrs) Halima Usman is a Reader in Computational Fluid Dynamics, lecturing in the Department of Mathematics, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. Her major research interest are Heat and Mass transfer, MHD flows, Viscous fluids, Chemical and Thermal Radiation, Casson fluids and Nano fluids. Halima has interest in Computational Mathematics and Numerical solutions of Partial differential Equations.
