Brief Biography

Born in 1982 from Katsina State. He has his basic medical degree (MBBS) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2007 and a master’s in public health from the same institution in 2018. He has his residency training in Medical Microbiology at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Borno State with Fellowship of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and West African College of Physicians respectively in 2015. He is a certified international Field Epidemiologist with over fifty academic publications/conference proceedings. He is also a consultant with the teaching hospital. He is happily married with five children.
