Guidance and Counselling

The Guidance and Counselling Unit offer counselling services to students particularly as it affects their academic career. This is by assisting them in the adaption to the academic and social environment of learning through the removal of barriers that might inhibit effective learning and help them develop better problem-solving techniques. In addition, the Unit organizes several programs aimed at developing full students’ potentials for better leaders of tomorrow. Furthermore, it liaises with Federal and State Scholarship Boards for the purpose of disbursement of scholarship and Bursary awards to prospective students. More so, the Unit facilitates access to scholarships offered by Companies and Organizations to eligible students.
